Greetings brave Knight,
We're aware that some players receive messages from people pretending to be Miniclip or a Miniclip/Knighthood Player Support representative. These messages may offer in-game currency, rewards, account recovery, special offers, or help with suspensions and bans — and they may ask for information that puts your account or personal details at risk.
To keep your account safe, only ever contact Miniclip/Knighthood through the official channels below.
🎮 How to contact Miniclip/Knighthood Support
In-game (mobile) — the fastest option, as it automatically includes details that help us assist you:
Open the game and tap the Settings icon.
Select Support > Help Center.
Choose the topic that matches your issue and send your message.
If your game has an in-game Report option, you can use it to report another player or inappropriate behaviour directly.
Miniclip/Knighthood Support website — Submit a request to Miniclip/Knighthood Support. Select the relevant options and fill in the information requested in the form.
Knighthood Official Discord server — there are Miniclip representatives in the server who can contact you if you request it and/or give them the consent to (they will be under the role Midoki Team). Those representatives are:
- Bird
- Isabel
- Aurora
⚠️ Only the channels above are official
Any other service, account, or person offering "Miniclip/Knighthood support" is not owned, operated, or endorsed by Miniclip/Knighthood. This includes contact through:
WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, or other messaging apps
Facebook or other social-media messages
Personal or unofficial email addresses
Unofficial websites or account-support services
Miniclip/Knighthood Support will never ask you to move a support conversation to an unofficial app or contact method. If someone contacts you outside the official channels and claims to be Miniclip/Knighthood, do not share any information or click their links.
🔐 What Support may ask for
To identify your account or investigate an issue, Miniclip/Knighthood Player Support may ask for information such as:
Your Player ID and in-game name
Your device, operating system, and game version
A description of the issue, with screenshots or video where relevant
Purchase or transaction details, when investigating a payment issue
Details about another player, when you submit a report (e.g. their Unique ID and a screenshot of their profile or the incident)
Only ever provide this through an official Miniclip/Knighthood support channel.
❌ What Support will never ask for
Miniclip/Knighthood Support will never ask you for:
Your password
Your Google, Apple, Facebook, or other social-network password
Verification codes, authentication codes, or one-time passwords (OTPs)
Your credit/debit card number, security code (CVV), or online banking password
Remote access to your device
Your account credentials so someone else can log in to your account
Never share these with anyone claiming to be a Miniclip/Knighthood representative.
🚨 How to spot a scam
Be especially careful if someone:
Claims to be Miniclip/Knighthood but contacts you through an unofficial channel
Offers free coins, gems, items, or other rewards in exchange for information
Says they can recover, unlock, or transfer your account for your login details
Claims they can remove a suspension or ban if you share credentials
Asks for your password, verification code, or login details
Sends a suspicious link and asks you to log in
Asks you to install software or grant remote access to your device
Pressures you to act quickly or keep the conversation secret
🛡️ If you receive a suspicious message
Don't reply with your credentials or any sensitive information, and don't click links or download files they send.
Report it through one of the official Miniclip/Knighthood support channels listed above.
If you've already shared your password, a verification code, or other sensitive details, secure the affected account or service immediately (change the password, enable two-factor authentication) and contact the relevant official support team.
