A few days ago, there was a bug with daily quests: it was not possible to claim the gems which are rewarded after all dailies were completed.
We appreciate the time all of you has taken to report this to us - fortunately, our team has already fixed this issue.
However, if by any chance you have one of the two different scenarios happening in your game (your dailies still have the same issue OR your dailies are not rewarding gems but something else), please follow the instructions:
- Restart your game;
- Restart your device;
- Update the game and system software: ensure that both the game and your device's software are up to date. Outdated versions can sometimes cause issues;
- Check storage and memory: free up device storage by deleting unnecessary apps, files, or media. Closing unused apps running in the background can also help free up memory for better performance;
- Close unused apps: close any unused apps running in the background to free up device memory;
- Clear the game’s cache or data: clearing cache or data for the game can sometimes resolve bugs and improve performance (always check if your account is connected to a Google/Apple account first);
- Try another device: if available, try installing the game on a different device to see if the issue persists.
